Blondes are NOT STUPID... Did you know of Solar powered flashlights?

No, this is not a blonde invention.

This solar-powered flashlight is made of durable ABS plastic, and is designed to float! The case is waterproof, with a double seal.

This light can be powered in two ways: Solar Power: Place the light (with built-in solar panel) in sunlight during the day and it will charge the built-in rechargeable circuit. This will give you up to three hours of light (2-1/2 hours if using both the flashlight and the blinking light). Two size "AA" batteries. If you combine solar charging with the optional "AA" batteries, you can more than double the power of the flashlight (up to nine hours of continuous use).

So, blondes are not stupid after all... I make this statement after reading the following joke-

New inventions by blondes:

The water-proof towel

Glow in the dark sunglasses

**"Solar powered flashlights"**

Submarine screen doors

A book on how to read

Inflatable dart boards

A dictionary index

Powdered water

Pedal powered wheel chairs

Update:

ALL THAT I WANTED TO TELL HERE IS THAT THE ***SOLAR FLASHLIGHT*** DOES EXIST AND IT IS NOT A JOKE.

Just wanted to pass some information and knowledge that I had!!

And man! Is it difficult to share information!

I'm confused. You said at the beginning of you question that blonds did not invent solar powered flashlights. However, you included it in your list.

Edit: I get it now. If the duration of the light is doubled with the use of AA batteries in combination with solar power, that will only equate to only 6 hours of light not 9 hours of light. You have contradicted your own question by accident or on purpose.

Some mighty fine inventions to be sure. With a list like that, how could anyone doubt the intelligence of these inventors?
