    OUCH!

It sounds like a Bartholin cyst. Some people suffer with them off and on for years. I had one lanced 8 times before I finally went for surgery called a marsupialization ,(something like that). I can't spell it, but I sure am glad I had it done. They can remove the Bartholin gland completely, but that's not recommended. It isn't caused by anything you do, it's simply a plugged up duct from the gland. Warm baths help. If you don't get relief in a few weeks, better go see your doctor! Bless your heart and good luck!

you can get clogged pores like the person above states. I would also look into information about the bartholin's gland which can be felt in the inner labia, near the entrance, if it is infected.
