Most of us learn along the way that when some things are spoken of, trouble follows! If you think saying may cause a negative, best to keep it to yourself.

It means that when you have seen or been told certain things, it's best to keep the information to yourself because, if repeated, it could cause pain, upset and arguments to all parties involved.

It's best to keep quiet, and not upset someone, or tobe tactful, and say nothing that could be up setting to other's, a little diplomacy,
