pantyliners?

I use 'em every day -- they are very clean, sanitary and keep you feeling better than not wearing them since they're so easy to change! And you can always carry extra in your purse, what with the individually wrapped ones and all.

I really prefer Kotex Lightdays and Always -- even though on certain days the Always feel plastic-y... the Lightdays are always cotton-y.

i like always fresh scent, they smell good and are very discreet. i wear them when i am expecting my period, so i dont get suprises lol. and i wear them near the last day of my period if my bleeding isnt too heavy. Also after my period i get dishcharge (clear and odorless) if it has a yellow color and a fishy kind of smell, you could have a yeast infection so talk to someone about it. There are a bunch of different brands of pantiliners like Carefree, Kotex, or just a store brand name, like Krogers, CVS, or something like that. Also, pantiliners have a bunch of different varieties: scented, unscented, long, maximum protection, and there are ones meant to be worn with thongs, and other types too.

If I have bad discharge I wear them all through the month... But I have to use the bigger ones while I am on my period. I just use store bought brands...

i use them when I have a lot of discharge before and after my period. I usually wear them just in case. I use Always pantyliners and they are so portable!

I wear them through out the month or when I feel like I need them. I prefer the Kotex brand. They seem to stick to your underwear better.

I wear them when my period is on it's last day or two (when it's really lite). Sometimes I just wear them for safety. I use Always...because they're in purple wrappers, lol.

they are made to keep your underwear clean of any discharge or after your period. depends on your own prefernece for use, ALWAYS is a good brand!

use them when your about to have your period but not started yet, it will save alot of panties. if you sometimes have spotting or bleed through your tampon use it then. my favorite brand is carefree panty liners. goodluck.

i use them when my period is just about over. just incase a little might come out.

or i use them when i have a tampon in, just to be sure i dont leak.
