Can't transfer my purchased ringtones?!?!? Seems like a racket to me!!!?
Alright, Just got the New Gleam from Verizon, but would like to know how to get the ringtones I have already purcjaed on it. Seems a bit like a scheme for me to have to purchase them again, but got a "DRM PROTECTION" error whjen I tried to transfer them to the verizon web. What am I doing wrong, or is it simply not possible to move them from one phone to another??

I don't think you can transfer them, I just bought new tones when I switched my phones..
but I don't buy ringtones anymore, I use
myxertones.com
you use songs you have on your computer already (eg, on iTunes or limewire) and upload them to myxertones, then send them to your phone in a text message.
it's all free and really easy. I recommend if you don't want to use money on ringtones.

he's right..
you CAN'T transfer them after you've purchased them.
i had 40+ ringtones
and 30+ wallpapers and i lost them ALL
they are copyrighted.
if u ordered some within the last 60 days they MIGHT give u a credit for them but it's very unlikely. sorry .
