What are the legalities for making an instructional video about another company's products?
I am working on an instructional video about a computer program that is commonly used with many of my clients. I was wondering what the legalities might be should I end up selling this video nationwide. Can the company sue me if it is only beneficial and helps them to make sales? What are the copyright legalities?

If you sell it you are looking at patent infringement. i wouldn't recommend it...it's a felony to sell copywritten products.
