I'm assuming that this is for a school assignment. If you are unable to see what was done wrong, and what to do to fix it, then you are not going to be a helpful part of society. What was done wrong was that you ignored the person, what to fix it with is to say you're sorry, and help her out.
By the way, we aren't here to do YOUR homework.
