If you like reading non-fiction, about what goes on nowadays - I recommend these two -

    1) "Under the Loving Care of the Fatherly Leader"

    written by Bradley K. Martin

    2) "Rogue Regime"

    written by Jasper Becker

These two well-written books give an insight about the North Korean Government.

    Fiction?

Try all the books written by Clive Cussler (mystery/adventure/drama type). I would suggest you start the books from the first; some of the story lines tend to follow into subsequent novels.

The hero is Dirk Pitt, with his sidekick Al Giordino. These fiction books by Clive Cussler are well-written.

Have you read the Maximum Ride series by James Patterson? New York Times always describes Patterson as doing "everything but stick our finger in a light socket to give us a buzz."

Series begins with "Maximum Ride: The Angel Experience" Highly entertaning.

    Hope you enjoy.

When Rabbit Howls by Truddi Chase.

It should be classified as horror. Its a real life story about a women who developed 99 personalities in order to deal with severe abuse she suffered at the hands of her stepfather for 14 years. It is a very compelling story that really makes you step back and say "Wow... no one can be that f-ed up!?!" Its written by a good majority of her personalities, too. That makes it even more interesting.

If you like a good horror novel you can read one of the best, it is a two part series, the first is called "This Present Darkness" by Frank Peretti and his second is called Piercing the Darkness.

Be sure to have your teddy bear close at hand and hold tight.

Source(s): I have read the book and others and they all say incredible.
