Valid for what? If you mean for further university study then if you have a degree from a legitimate UK university it will almost certainly be accepted at a Canadian university. If you mean what will employers think of it then again, if you have and MBA from a legitimate UK university that will be recognized by most people as the same as having one from a Canadian or US university.
