KFC and Sweet Home Alabama?

I thought that too when I saw the commercial, but I don't know the answer.

Found it weird that a song about Southern pride would be used to a national audience to try to sell chicken.. But I think the song had the beat that the ad agency wanted for their campaign... and Skynyrd didn't object so figure it from there

nicely i do not propose to offend you, and this isn't my perspective, yet 'sweet domicile Alabama' is usual because the white trash anthem. i did not make that up, yet I have heard that. i'm white and stay contained in the south too. Demographics--promoting and marketing, they are attempting to charm to particular human beings..(operating undesirable better many times than not).
