    Get a guidebook and go for some walk around some of the city's most historic parts - an especially good way to spend the days when most things are closed. Have a cosy pint in a traditional pub. Look on lastminute.com for some cheap theatre tickets. Go on the London Eye. Have a look at the Tate Modern, British Museum, Natural History Museum or any of the other museums and galleries that are free to enter.
