Ginsing. Also there is an Indian herb which I know I cannot spell but is is Ashuganda. Any health food store can tell you.

Ginsing is the tried and true though.

I've never tried Spanish Fly but have heard it's dynamite. You can buy it on line. I saw the ad in a sidebar once.

I've never tried any of this stuff-just read a lot.

I've heard Vitamin E but never tried it.
