I dont think so. I love all three codes.
admittedly if the schedule colides then i will look at afl over the league however i think if anything all codes have an steady or increasing viewer response of late.
the codes actively work together to ensure big games dont clash so there are heading in the right direction there..
anyway sport and the sporting enthusiast are the winners out of the whole situation

Nah i think NRL is still ok,look at the ratings for the grand final 3rd highest watched t.v show for 2007 behind Aussies open no.2 and the highest AFL grand final.
rugby will always trail AFL and probably soccer but i think rugby union has more to worry about than league even though i enjoy the wallaby games the super 14s has no appeal to this victorian -go storm

Don't know if its dying but its definitely very ill, and I wouldn't say soccer is all that healthy either. When some AFL clubs get crowds to training during the finals what some NRL and soccer games get on match day both league and soccer have some problems.

Nah definately not, I enjoy both NRL and AFL... I cant stand Soccer... The NRL year gets stronger every year especially if you live on the East coast of Australia. I will say this thou, salary caps will be a prob in the future, if this isnt sorted it may ruin the future for NRL

They are still reeling from the days of Super League.
