i have this history with this girl that i regret and it been 10mths since we last talked should i go up toher?

Tell her exactly how you feel. That you regret your part in what brought about the split. Let her know that you NOW realize how valuable she is to you and you have learned to appreciate her more. You have matured. Good luck.

If you regret the history that you all had together why bother.Unless it was a good history and you than should face her and explain why you have not spoke in 10 months.

Depends on why you want to go up to her, and how you left it. If you are looking to say your sorry, then you should, or at least send a note, who knows she might be ready to forgive you.

It would better to leave it alone otherwise it could be putting fuel on a fire...........worst way to get burnt.........good luck
