it seems like yeah he might have a thing for you but its gonna get nowhere if you guys cant even talk to each other.

Be yourself around him. If your not your gonna end up not being happy with it at all. He wants to know the real you anyway. Guys like girls who are friendly and confident. Dont be afraid to make a move, or stop to talk to him. And when you are talking to him, be confident. Just talk, whats could happen?? It couldnt be any worse than the awkward conversations you two are having now. and chances are that when you get more confident about talking to him he'll get more confident too.

So id say for now, just talk to him more, get comfortable around him and when you are maybe get his number and call him sometime, or see if you guys can hang out sometime. Dont be afraid to put yourself out there a little bit, be confident and be yourself.

Lay your cards on the table tell him how you feel and if he agrees with your feelings good and if he doesn't....screw him he's not the only guy that goes to that college!

And you never know he may be attractive but until you get to know him that's all he'll be, find out if he's even on your level emotionally, mentally,etc. because he could be an idiot with a cute face...you'll never find out your answer by staring at him...so talk girl!! lol

Find something fun that u think you would both enjoy, some kind of event and ask if hes going if not invite him.. perfect opportunity for you to find out what he likes and what you like...

I think that you should get to know the guy a little better, then see where things take you. But, sounds to me like he likes you. But dont jump to conclusions.

So, get to know him a little bit, then...

Yeah he likes you.

Try finding out if you have any mutual friends or smile and ask him if he's okay next time you chat.
