is it just me or do you find pads with leak guards work better putting on backwards?
a pad i have been using was not working to control spilliage then looking at the pad before applying it seems to have more protection at the rear so i put it on backwards and boy now does it work has anyone found this too

I do that aallllllll the time! its probably because the blood might roll downwards or something (idk thats my theory) because we're in constant motion but i always use the pad backwards

I think its got something to do with the way your body;'s shaped some peoples blood runs backwards so they need more protection at the back but i it works better for you then thats great!
I think periods are different for everyone and finding what works best for you is most important to feeling comfortable.
