Warranty issue on Cal Spas hot tub?
Has anyone had any problems in getting Cal Spas to honor their warranty? If so, what problems did you have?

every company out there has had problems getting the warranty honored by all of the manufactures. Some a heck of a lot less then others. Where are you? What's going on with your Tub? Are you sure it's not actually your dealer that has left you stranded? Most of the time that is the case. A dealer buys from a manufacture and most of the failings are directly a result of a very bad dealership .
With 60+ manufactures that I work with I have seen the following in no particular order go way out of their way to make things right: Sundance Spas, Masterspas, Hotsprings, Cal Spas, Elite by Maxx, Coleman, Coleman, Great Lakes (gone), and believe it or not Keys Backyard.
