I want to transfer the contacts I have programmed into my iPhone to my Windows Vista (Windows Mail) Email Program. Is this possible?

it is. you need to contact att first. they will then get you connected with the tech department then to their data team. most of these iphone issues need to go to apple however there is a lot of pushback with synching issues. apple will say you need to call att. some att will say you need to call apple. i know it will be kind of frustrating but you will get them moved over in the end.
