Is there any way I could be able to remember my dreams?
Sometimes it is very hard to remember a good dream. I would always wanted to be able to remember it even after a few days, but unfortunately these thoughts just instantly disappears out of my memory.

When you go to sleep it places the body's physical consciousness into a negative phase that permits some awareness of more subtle aspects of consciousness that are always there but outside of natural perceptive awareness when we are awake. To enable you to better tune to these more subtle aspects and make them easier to remember the most important thing you can do is ensure your body is cleansed of impurities. Eating meat, chemicals, refined sugars and refined flours in all have the effect of lowering the functional capacity of the mind to work across a greater spectrum of consciousness. Other things that can help is to have a pen next to your bed and start writing before you fully wake up. Practice will help.

A myth that has not been proven but alot of people say works is that when you go bed take a glass of water. drink half before you go to sleep and then the other half when you wake up.
