What does it mean "American breakfast" that I see on booking page of any hotel? What will I get?

I think American breakfast is NOT the same as continental breakfast. American breakfast usually includes eggs and bacon or ham as well as toast, juice, coffe, and possibly cereal or sweet rolls. Continental breakfast is lighter...juice, coffee, roll, fruit...does nto usually include eggs or meat.

In general, it includes most or all of the following: Sliced bread with butter/jam/honey, cheese, meat, croissants and danish, pastries, rolls, fruit juice and coffee/tea/chocolate/hot milk. It is served commonly in the continental Europe, North America and other places. Also called a continental breakfast. Hope that helps.
