Is it coincidence that the latest intelligence report says that Iran abandoned their Nuclear Weapons Program?

in 2003, the same time we invaded Iraq? This looks like even more validation for the accomplishments of the war to deter aggressive military activity by middle eastern nations to me!

Because of the time frame, I am inclined to believe Iran halted the program because it was scared that the US army was now its next door neighbor, on both sides. Their is no other reason why would they would stop working on nuclear weapons to me.

You're right! I hear Russia is getting frisky with their nuke program. Let's invade Poland! Or maybe we should invade South Korea to stop Kim Jong Il from building more nukes.

Sorry, I don't think you can use Iran's nuclear program to justify invading Iraq. That's just silly.

That's an interesting spin, and I don't think it's unreasonable to look at it that way. However you are arguably using the logic of, "eternal war for eternal peace".

The at present disclosed CIA intelligence rewards Iran for combating their gorilla conflict against the yank occupation of Iraq, and cools the point of the chilly conflict between Iran and the U. S.. an identical intelligence became into withheld in 2003 to create conflict hysteria against Iran, as a manner to make a threat a protection rigidity attack against them and to intimidate Iran by using making them have faith we'd attack them. Barring such an attack, Bush II can attempt to rigidity Iran into backing off of Iraq. The CIA releases the intelligence that might help the plans of Bush II. that's no longer an open democratic employer. For conflict against Saddam in Iraq it lied with claims of WMD. For the tried attack against Iran (which now could be on carry) it lied appropriate to the state of Iranian weapons progression. Bush i became into head of the CIA, and on an identical time as he became into there crafted a plan for cover rigidity domination of the area, construction underground bunkers in the barren area of Saudi Arabia that we nevertheless occupy. whilst he grew to develop into President, Bush i began out to work together his plan by using goading Saddam to attack Kuwait by using telling him with the aid of diplomatic “lower back channels” the U. S. does no longer merchandise if he could take over Kuwait (an historic province of Iraq). as quickly as Saddam invaded of path, Bush I unleashed conflict plans that allowed the U. S. to stay in the area with protection rigidity forces. As a democracy we won't be able to believe the CIA to grant us honest education. The elite view in government is that public opinion in a democracy ought to be controlled and manipulated. worry of WMD seems to be their favourite approach. in fact, Iran is coming up WMD. One could desire to question, in spite of the undeniable fact that, how lots of that's a self-satisfying technique brought about by Iran attempting to guard itself against the bullying of the Bush dynasty.
