DO NOT ACCESS EITHER YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT OR YOUR EBAY ACCOUNT THROUGH THOSE EMAILS !!!

This is a "phishing" email, trying to get you to log in through their link(s) so they can get access to your account with your login and password ! ! !

Send the offending email(s) to spoof@paypal.com or spoof@ebay.com

If you did access your accounts through the links in the emails, change your passwords immediately through PayPal and Ebay's websites ONLY ! ! ! Delete any future emails you get like that ... ! They are just trying to get your info; PayPal and Ebay DO NOT send out emails like that !

While eBay owns Paypal, they are two separate entities.

If Paypal has frozen your account, they are reserving the money in the account for potential refunds to your customers. The money is not available for any other purpose.

You need to pay the eBay bill with separate funds.

you guys are retarded. that is not a phishing email. if he'd follow your instructions he'd be banned already since they will ban you if you don't pay your fees.

if you have done a lot of selling, then yeah the fees will rack up. And you have to MANUALLY pay your monthly ebay fees unless you put it to pay them automaticaly.

log into ebay, click "my ebay" at the top.

on the bottom left click "seller account"

then click to either do a one time payment or set it to monthly billing.

No..they can't. I don't even think there is any authorization for that. Go to your account and read the ways you can pay your fees. Mine are paid via the CC I have on file with ebay because I authorized it.

I agree with Jakegyll...most likely you did something through that email and that person tried accessing your Paypal and Paypal is pretty good at monitoring stuff like that so they froze it. You need to call paypal and have them unfreeze your account. It was done for your protection.

You have to set automated payments yourself under preferences
