Guitar Hero 3 XBOX 360 . VS. Rock Band XBOX 360?

I would get them rock band, because they can play together. you do not need to have 4 players for it you can play it with two. there are two diffrent guitar areas, (regular and bass) that they can play also they can take turns on the drums.

such slams should not be tolerated here in Yahoo! answers but anyway.

if its 2 boys that you have, i would get them guitar hero 3 as for them to continue the same formula they are use to.

if it is more than two boys, get rock band. it really is a party game and very addicting if its with a lot of people, not by yourself. also, consider the prices. guitar hero 3 with guitar is 100$ while rock band with the bundle of guitar,drums and microphone is nearly 200$.

bottom line: you can't go wrong with any one of them

In my opinon forget rockband and get GHWT because it will be awsome and much better. I say this because it wont be compatible and it has a ton of different features because it is a brand new game and rock band 2 might have a few different features but not much including new songs not saying that rock band is bad. But GHWT is bringing music games to a whole new level. I cant wait for WT and it will be much much better. If you watched the drum video one of the people asked if I were to wright my on drum peice and close my eyse and play it on GHWT would I be able to play it perfectly on expert with my eyes closed and the answere was yes. So that means that GHWT is mor realistic than Rkbnd 2.

Rock Band is cool if you have more than 1 person playing it. You need to get like 4 people for your band. It's really popular online, so if your boys play online, then you might get them Rock Band.

If they don't play online, I would get Guitar Hero 3 beacuse it TOTALLY ROCKS!

I would say get guitar hero 3 if they loved the other ones
