Theres this guy at my work place,a complete geek,the hair,clothes,glasses,a little 2 skinny acts very weird overexcited when i am around and everyone knows he has a crush on me.Only i don't like him in that way and i am being polite but i don't want to give him the wrong impression.or run completely what should i do?Thank you

Being a bit of a geek/nerd myself, I personally would rather have you talk to me face-to-face and tell me that you're not interested.
Of course, do it nicely and it might work. You never know till you try.

Just drop subtle hints. Be courteous but let him know that you're not interested. If he asks you out or says things that make you uncomfortable, let him know.
