Guys i knoe u dont want 2 read all this but please help me!!&gurls if u want 2..please! im 13 so confused?

ok so i like sum dude at my school and he used 2 like me... we used 2 be freinds and then i found out he liked me and he would play with myy hair and hug me but i didnt mind cus i did like him 2 but i didnt tell him. then he started beind wierd and i asked him why he was bieng that way wit me and he said he didnt knoe what i was talking bout….then he told me he liked my cousin and he told my friend that he felt bad for telling me that he liked my cousin and I think he knew I liked him…and I still do since a couple of months ago. He stopped talking to me idk why thou....he started telling people to come and tell me that he didnt want me to talk 2 him or call him and then he asked my freind if i liked him which he already knoes i do.. but what seems wierd is that when we talk alone he's different with me and i always catch him looking or pointing at me and he says a lot of things about me but if he hates me so bad why does he talk about me?? does he like me or not???? and a couple of days ago he sat near me and he keptt looking at me without an expression on his face though….& in between classes or at lunch he goes the way i go to my claass...also I called him the other day to ask him if it was true that he sent those people to tell me that he didn’t want me to talk to him or call him and he said no and we talked for a while and he’s always asking me who I like.
