The real question is does she think you are too old for her. She is too young if you do not think you have the stamina, if you think you are up to it then find out how she feels about it. It might be worth your while. Personally I have found women in that age bracket and younger really do not have the consideration about an older guys age if they are hitting on you. I usually have to draw the line at what I am comfortable with.

I think that after 23-25 age difference shouldn't/doesn't really matter. By now she's definitely mature enough (hopefully?) to handle a real relationship and it doesn't at all seem weird. Especially if you're a YOUNG at heart 46? If you are interested in her... go get her!

& they say the youngest you can date is half your age + 7 & since shes older.. half of 46 is 23 + 7 = 30
