Why does my spaded female pug constantly try to "hump" my wife or mother-in-law?

She is 3 years old. She was 6 months old when she was spaded, yet periodically, she will just start going to town on my wife, or my mother-in-law. Why does she do this?

She is most likely trying to exert dominance. Some basic training courses could help alleviate this.

its normal. its not a sign of sexuality, just a sign of domination. keep her on a leash when around them, and when she tries to....you know......pull the leash down and say, "no". calmly. repeat. she'll be trained in no time!
