My ex forced me out of the house mid December. I was still on the lease until mid January. I had three packages delivered there in my name in that time frame. She refused to give them back and instead kept them for herself. I have a small claims court date soon. Can I bring that up in the hearing to get charges brought against her? 

3 nights ago my family was watching TV when our living room ceiling light and kitchen lights went out together in our single story ranch. They are not on the same circuit and we checked the fuse box with nothing tripped. 5 minutes later they came back on. The next night we had a few more lights and plugs go out, again to come back on in 5 minutes. Tonight we had the same ones go out, but there are staying out now. Anyone knows what is going on?

5 years ago I won a judgment again Sprint because they were charging me $200 per month in roaming charges (even with a plan that allowed it) for which they had to reverse every month back. This still did not excuse the fact that they didn't provide coverage. I contacted the FCC and they ordered them to allow me out of contract without penalty and to eliminate the roaming fees... 5 years later I get a collection notice that they are charging me the very fees that they were ordered not to.

This is obviously on my credit report at this point and I need to sue them for it. Where would I go or who would I contact?

My current 17" LCD monitor has 1280x1024 resolution (it is KDS, middle of the road brand). We are not talking about an expensive one either. It was $160 when I bought it 4 years ago. the best that I have seen a 19" LCD only goes up to 1440x900 unless I want to get one for over $300. Why would a bigger monitor be a lower resolution compared to one that is 4 years old?

My fiance and I have a 3 1/2 year old female pug. Lately she has been pooping on the floor when we are not home. Her diet has never changed, nothing has changed in the household, she gets brought out with our other dog at least 3 times a day. Most of the time she has to be coerced into going when we take her outside. She normally does a u-turn for the door instead of doing her thing. Lately, within the last month, we will come home from work, shopping, or the gym, and she will have that "guilty" look on her face. Sure enough, she has pooped inside. It is not the other dog, he goes no problem. You can tell it is her. We have scolded her, but yet, she continues to do it. There will be times that we can tell (it looks like her number 2 is crowning), but she will not do it outside. Any suggestions?

She is 3 years old. She was 6 months old when she was spaded, yet periodically, she will just start going to town on my wife, or my mother-in-law. Why does she do this?

My fiance is a vegetarian, no big deal to me. I would love to cook for her, and I have no problem eating vegetarian food myself, but I am a meat eater too. I do, however, watch my carb intake. Where can I find some dishes that are low in carbs and vegetarian? FYI, she will eat eggs, fish, and drink milk products.

I am in a class of race cars that restrict to running production based 4 cylinder engines. I have been looking at the GM Quad-4 (180 hp), and would like to know other options that I have. They need to be non-turbo and non-supercharger. Keep availability of finding the engine in mind.

At my former job we had a lunch provided by the store manager in celebration of Christmas a few days later. I asked if the food contained any of my allergies (pecans, walnuts, and mushrooms) and he told me no. I ate the chili without incident. When I ate the brownie afterwards I found there were a few walnuts in them. I spit and threw up what I had digested, but still had a reaction anyways. I went to the hospital for the rest of the day without pay. The medication was covered under worker's comp, however there is the issue that I lost work time and got docked for it. Do I have a valid lawsuit?
