What's a good recent semi-indie music album?

I'm making a list of semi-indie cds for my friend in honor of our ten year relationship. I'm thinking a list of five, but maybe ten...

When I was in high school we would pass music back and forth... I'm into a lot of stuff but she's into more mainstream stuff... so I’m trying to come up with pretty recent kinda mainstream/easily digestible solid albums she may like.

so far I have:

Regina Spektor- beginning to hope

Sufjan Stevens- come on feel the illinoise

Feist- the reminder

Andrew Bird- …and the mysterious production of eggs

Other thoughts? She likes, Ani, Ben Harper, Elliott Smith, The Black Keys, Amy Winehouse, Outkast, Andre 3000, Sleater Kinney, kinda of mainstream indie, semi old fashion sounding, and also semi jammy stuff… she hasn’t heard the four cds above yet though…
