Pelvic pain since I was 30 weeks pregnant?

I have a lot of unusual pain all the way where my pelvic begins and my hips. It's hard to turn over in bed, getting out of my car is horrible and after sitting for a while and getting up it's a nightmare, I have to stand and wait a few minutes before I can even move again.

Update:

I'm 34.1 days pregnant and this is pregnancy #4 but never experienced this before.

I'm 35 weeks and I've been having this pain for a little while now too - it almost feels like the whole area badly bruised. My doctor said it was normal, just one of those pregnancy things. It's pretty awful huh? It bothers me in the same situations that you mentioned. Getting up after sitting for awhile is the worst - especially if I've been driving or sitting at the computer. I've found that if I sit slightly reclined it sometimes helps a little. Also, taking a warm bath seems to help.

    Hang in there.

i have it to. its from the hormone relaxin that your body puts off during pregnancy so your pelvic bone can expand and widen for the baby to pass through more easily. in the front where your pelvic bones meet sometimes it widens a little too far or for some women its widening the normal amount but still can cause pain. not sure why but theres not much you can do but wait it out or try a maternity belt to take some pressure off of ur pelvis by lifting the baby slightly. good luck.

I can see how your worried! I've had the same pains and I'm about a month along. Something that helps me is stretching out my torso (laying down and stretching) also when I feel stressed or upset it gets bad. Just try to stay calm and relax, you have a beautiful being growing inside you! If it continues to worry you, don't hesitate to see a docter! And the previous posing is right, a heat pad probebly would help (I'm going to try it!)

    Good luck!

By the way- when the baby grows in your fallopian tubes, its called an ectopic pregnancy, and you would be bleeding if you had that (so dont worry)

Oh i've got self belief your discomfort. Had this my final weeks of pregnacny besides. heat baths appeared to assist. additionally, those massive bouncy exercising balls helped me besides. merely take a seat on it, or leap, and it will help relieve the rigidity. Unfortunatly, sure that's everyday because of the fact your hips and pelvis is spreading, preparing for transport. My hips unfold lots, I went up 5 pant sizes! i wish they bypass backpedal. After being pregnant, in case you nevertheless have hip discomfort (which I did) donning a belt around your hips helps, in addition they have wraps that help with this besides - after being pregnant.

Honey get to a doctor quick. Are you sure you're not having a tubal pregnancy.

That's where the baby is growing in your Fallopian tubes instead of the uterus. If that's the case you're going to have to be put on bed rest for the remainder of the pregnancy or worse have an early delivery.

You're fine. It's your ligaments stretching. It hurts like hell, but it's completely normal. Your baby could also be sitting on your sciatic nerve, but that would cause pain to radiate down one or both of your legs as well.
