Non carbohydrate wrap? I have diabetes and have to avoid bread?
and crackers and tortillas. But I would really like to find something in which I could wrap up my sprouts and chicken and cucumbers. Is there anything like this? Maybe made out of seaweed? (Please don't tell me I can have carbohydrates if I only eat a little - believe me, I know what will send my blood sugar sailing.)

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.
Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

I've been a diabetic for 37 years and a little carb isn't all that sends the blood sugar sailing! I eat carbs for every meal, but just watch what kind of carbs I eat! Pasta's and pizza do it to me everytime! Try taking just lettuce leaves and wrapping your stuff in that! How long have you been a diabetic? I'd really like to know!

I am a diabetic also and to wrap my sandwich ingrédients I like to use :
* a slice of Émental (Swiss) cheese
* a slice of ham spread with creem cheese to wrap asparagus.
* a leaf of lettuce or swiss chard can wrap almost any thing.
Bon Appétit !

With diabetes, the best is, the FRESHEST romaine you can find! Wash and dry! Take the largest leaves and add your "filling", ROLL and you have the best, crunchy sandwich ever, and , Guess What? NO BREAD! Good luck!
