Non carbohydrate wrap? I have diabetes and have to avoid bread?
and crackers and tortillas. But I would really like to find something in which I could wrap up my sprouts and chicken and cucumbers. Is there anything like this? Maybe made out of seaweed? (Please don't tell me I can have carbohydrates if I only eat a little - believe me, I know what will send my blood sugar sailing.)
and I have high cholesteral, so try to avoid cheese

Try a lettuce wrap or melt some cheddar cheese in a non-stick pan and cook until it starts to firm up then lift it out and bend it into a wrap as it cools.

I agree, a leaf of lettuce makes a great wrap. The cheese thing, I've always used that to make lowcarb crackers. Use a nonstick pan and put some parmesan in a little pile, let it get melty. Then slide it to a plate and let it firm up, I never tried using it when it was still bendy, might work for a wrap!

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.
I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

I'm assuming you are talking about whole grain products. If not you might try it. Otherwise your best choice is lettuce.
