I used to get nervous playing and singing in front of crowds but a friend, who is an awesome performer, told me "just try to think you're back at home messing around or practicing ."
Some of the best advice I've ever heard.

for me.. i started dancing at age of 3
which would give me 11 years of constantly
being on stage.. and i still get nerves,
everyone does. my adrenaline pumps and
it gives me soo much energy.. i go up and
do every move with the most i can, its like
an undescribable feeling, its amazing like
your a superstar and everyone is like 'WHOA!'
and just think you are the best one up there
cause then.. you'll strive to fulfill that title.
its always helped me. before a basketball
game me and my friend will go outside where
no one is and will like let everything outt..
run and dance and wave our arms and scream
is sounds crazy but it works soooo welll, trust me!
(:
goodluck

This probably sounds weird but I'm SO nervous before a preformance, recital, festival, exam, etc. I take deep breaths and just go and do my thing. I always do fine! Just don't think about it!!

The more you do it the easier it will be. Just keep performing and it will get easier.
