Which mobile phone provider and plan are best for me?

I use approximately 400 peak minutes and 1500 (after 7pm) anytime minutes on my sprint mobile phone a month. I also use less than 500 text messages a month. My average bill is about $63. Can anyone with similar usage tell me about a better value!? My contract with sprint ends soon, and I would prefer to try another provider who has a sense of what customer service actually means.
