Memory sticks ??

Is a memory stick pro & A memory stick pro duo--with an adapter The same as far as function??

I bought one with a new camcorder -adapter type- and all I get is a m-stick error,I was told thats what it uses,as always I read the directions last and it says -memory s. pro

    They have the same functionality. Duo means double fuctionality, some cameras use Pro duo and some use stick pro it all depends on the camera manufacturer, but yes they're the same. About that error you might want to check the memory card might be damaged. I'm using a pro duo with adapter with my camcorder and it works fine. Good luck
