How to replace 2 burnt out tag lights?
I have a '95 Chrysler Concorde and can't get the plastic lense off to do this. Can anyone help?

They are replaced from the inside of the trunk or boot or whatever they call it there. If that is too difficult then take it to a repair facility and pay them to do it.

Look on the inside of the trunk panel and find out where the wiring is that supply the voltage to run the lights.
