What's the fuel suggestion for VW Rabbits?

Are the rabbits good for the cheapest #87 just like all the Japanese cars? Or they have to be better-treated?

Thanks!

You can find the minimum octane rating required for the Rabbit on a sticker located on the inside of the fuel door.

Your Rabbit will run fine on the lowest minimum octane rated fuel listed, nut generally if you use fuel with a higher octane rating, you will get slightly better performance and fuel economy.

It fairly will remember on the placement you rigidity: --Hybrids use breaking to regenerate their batteries. for that reason, the greater stop and circulate site visitors you're in, the greater effective effectual they are. Of direction, motor vehicle manufacturers are greater effective than gentle to cost you an incredible good value for such performance. --on the different hand, for people who rigidity traditionally on the line, i might seem for an excellent 4 cylinder sedan--a Honda Accord can get you 35mpg (as much as 40mpg with a Toyota Corolla while you're keen to end some alleviation) mutually as lacking the stumbling blocks of the puny engines of the Prius or perception. --If which you will get your palms on a clean turbodiesel (like those offered around the pond), those are, dollar for dollar, possibly the main relaxing to power and valuable autos around. If I bear in mind maximum appropriate, an Audi A6 TDI can get between 40 5 and 50 mpg throughway. in addition to, all the recent ecu diesels can run on 20% biodiesel blend (biodiesel would not contain sulfur and is subsequently 'greener' than elementary fossil fuels).

85% of cars use regular gas.(87)

Only high-end sportscars and supercars are required for premium 91 or higher gas.

For Most luxury and slower sportscars, Premium is recommended for maximum performance, but it is not required.

Not all Japanese cars use regular. The Honda S2000, Honda Prelude and Acura NSX and Nissan 350z and Mazda RX-8 and Mazda RX-7, and Toyota Supra all require Premium.

The Rabbit uses regular. It even says it on the gas cap or gas door.

Turbo engines always need high octanes. The regular engine usually takes regular. Look under the body cover of the gas filler cap. If your car needs high octane it will be written there as a last minute reminder.

    Good Luck.

P.S. I own an Audi turbo engine car.

The Rabbits and Golfs of the same year and the same engine size, use the same fuel..... regular unleaded without any problems. No special treatment is necessary.

VW is the only car anyone should drive. German vs. Japanese no contest. Get the 8 valve.

Also recommend Chevron because its superior detergent package keeps the fuel injectors clean.
