ignition problem!!!?
i have a 78" camaro and the electronic ignition stopped working and there is no spark. any ideas would be helpfull...

Check power to dist. cap (heavy red or pink wire) if good (batty vltge) check coil terms w/ohmeter. If pass replace controle module in base of dist housing (90%) probability

The problem is usually in the ig module. But, since it's a pain to work at the back of the engine, people usually pull it out and change the module and the pick-up coil at the same time. Make sure there's hot supply before you pull the distributor out (it's the thick wire that connects upward along the side of the distributor cap.)

electronic spark module do u know if there is fire going to to
plug that plugs in to the module let me know i will try to help u

you have a contol mod in your distributor .change it..it is a little black square with wire on both ends
