Help with a tab on FireFox!!!!!?

I accidentally got rid of my tab on firefox that has the back and forward button and the space to type in websites. Can someone please help me and tell me how to make it appear again?!

    Click View -> Toolbars -> Navigation Toolbar

    put your cursor at the border of the page and the are where the address strip and back and forward buttons would be and your cursor should turn into a double sided arrow, when it looks like this click and drag the cursor down. It should open more area and show all the stuff your looking for.

    right-click somewhere up the top like next to the help button.

    then select Navigation Toolbar.

    go at the top where it show File Edit and all that go on the side right click then click on Nagitation Toolbar

    I think you have to RIGHT click on tools at the top, you will see a "navigation toolbar", click on that.

    try ctrl and t at the same time. I'm using firefox right now
