I have a serious problem. I love my job and I am very good at what I do. But unfortunately my immediate supervisor absolutely dislikes me. How do u deal with such a thing? By the way she is a "woman"

I don't see how you can make her like you. Just ignore her (as much as you can) and get on with your job.

the best thing to do is be open with your supervisor and just comfront her with the problem, find out why there is an issue

if you like your job and are good at it dont let her stand in the way talk to her about it.
