My cell phone fell into water.....can someone help?
My phone fell into WATER, and even though I pulled it out no less than 5 sec after it happened It doesn't work.
When I first pulled It out I had problems pulling the battery out so that did take a while but the whole time the battery was in, my camera light flashed, so it wasn't dead. when I finally got the battery out I started to blow dry it. All I could see was the screen was getting all foggie. later I stuck the battery back in but nothing happened. I tried to get the fogg out but it's impossible. just 5min ago i read on one web page that you have to plugg it in, but then somewhere else it said I shouldn't. Can any one say?
I did actually plugg it in but all my phone did was beep softlly. after half a minut or so I unplugged it but nothing happened.... :-(
I need help, the phone is new and I just got it 10 days ago. PLEASE!

The only thing that you can do is to have the battery sit in sunlight and if you have a SIM card take that out and put it in the sun too

just leave the battery out and put it somewhere that is around 100-110 degrees (F). let it dry out for about 48 hours or so. that might help get the moister out of it. its worked for me but its no guarantee
