Syncing the Sprint Touch phone..?
I just got the sprint touch phone and when i try to sync it with my computer it doesnt work. On the bottom of my computer it comes up with the option for me to install the usb, and when i do so it doesnt work.

Did you run the CD before you plugged in your phone? That should have installed all the software and drivers.
(In response to teaster, it's not a driver update, he needs to install the drivers, that's why the windows box is popping up.)

That phone wasn't released that long ago, so the fact that it may need driver updates is rare, but possible. It sounds like a computer/usb prob rather than a cellphone problem.
But, just in case, go to the sprint consumer website and search for driver downloads for that model.
