Garth Brooks concert in Los Angeles....?

He sounds like a stand up guy - my mate will be gutted as she's Garth mad!

I live in Independence, Missouri (part of the Kansas City Metro) and I was able to get 6 tickets.....four for Thursday night and 2 for Friday nite concert. I have already given to my parents the two for Friday nite at face value (only what I paid) and I plan on doing the extra two for Thursday at face value to some friends of ours. I respect Garth Brooks for what he did and socked it to the scalpers. I have already been offered money over face value but I do not want to go against his wishes and actually allow the working poor to go see his concerts. I do not plan on selling my tickets for more than what I paid. I also have really good seats for both concerts..... I wish all performs would give fans more of a chance to buy their tickets instead of the scalper and I am not going to scalp mine except for what I paid. and I understand the running around my wife and I did too.... Enjoy the concert I know we will.......!!!!!!

I hadn't heard that, but yes, that's what Garth Brooks is, a cool, genuine, stand-up guy. We here in Oklahoma who consider him a neighbor, know him to be all that and more.

That's great! He just did 8 or 9 shows in KC too, right? Maybe one of these days he'll get himself over to the East Coast so I can FINALLY see him.
