Muscle spasm in my thigh?
I have been having this pain for a couple of hours now. I put the heating pad on and it really isn't helping. I typed in my symptom at WebMd and it came back with Multiple Sclerosis. I know I shouldn't be that worried. But seeing how I have not done anything to strain the muscle what else could it possibly be?

It could be as simple as an electrolyte imbalance, calcium or potassium deficiency, mild dehydration.... Muscles spasm due to injury or lack of a properly balanced supply of salts and water. I would drink a bottle of gatorade or eat a banana with a large glass of water and see if things don't improe. It they dont, get an appointment with your doctor. He or she will be able to figure out why your thigh is spasming.

i dunno what it could be, but maybe try massaging it with some oils or something, that usually helps.
