Music Editing?
I am trying to take a song and cut it down to thirty seconds. Mainly the chorus and I want to place it on my phone.
Does anyone know of any programs or software I can use to be able to cut and edit the music?

Audacity is perfect. I downloaded it a couple of months ago and it is great. It is free too. You can do many things with a song from adding effects to changing starting and stopping the song anywhere you want. You can also use it to record. Here's a link:

you may't beat the cost of Audacity or WavePad - their thoroughly unfastened! in case you like some thing a splash extra progressed look at Adobe Audition, Fruity Loops or Sony Acid song Studio. in case you have a MAC - GarageBand is distinctly cool utility. Audacity is unfastened, open source utility for recording and modifying sounds. it extremely is attainable for Mac OS X, Microsoft domicile windows, GNU/Linux, and different working structures.

I have software called Cakewalk. You can get that just about anywhere. I got mine for only 39.95, and it works great for recording, editing music files. For your problem, you can simply import the music file, and easily edit it to keep just the chorus. It's extremely user friendly, but powerful software. I hope that helps you. Paul
