when i open the sd card on my computer i see all my images. when i put the card into the photo frame each image has a super low res "copy image". when i play the slide show option the "copy image" is a big red X. how do i get ride of the "copy images"?

Your card should only have the right size images for the frame. If you're loading a full-size image, the frame is probably trying to resize the image to be lower resolution then then writing it to the card.

First, find out the native frame resolution. Then make sure when you do your photoshop changes, that you resize the images to the right pixel dimensions to fit within the frame resolution. Finally, make sure you get rid of any other images on the card. My guess is that it's your original, high-res images that are actually the big red X.
