I love to dance?

Sometimes I dance up to 4 hrs a day, even though I'm not that good. The problem is, after about 1 hour of dancing, I throw up. Yet after throwing up, I go right back to the dance floor until the cycle repeats. I've noticed that after about 3 hours of dancing, I get blisters on my toes. Is that weird or what?? Finally, I feel compelled to yell at the top of my lungs when I dance, annoying the hell out of my dance partners. I don't yell anything in particular, just whatever pops into my head (for example, the last time I just yelled "UBAWA, UBAWA, HELP ME UP THE SLIDE POLE, YOU FAT TUNA FISH!!!!!)

What is wrong with me?

    The problem with you feet can be solved by good dance sneakers. You can find them on the Internet fairly cheap.

    I would not eat a heavy meal before dancing and maybe keep a bread snack with you to munch on from time to time. Stay away from the sugars with can upset your stomach and try asking just this part of your question on the Medical Section of Yahoo answers.

    As for being rude, We always choose what to give ourselves permission to do. Then we find a condition to Validate our choices. If being rude is your choice then there is nothing that can be done. If you want to change start by forcing yourself to quite dancing whenever you feel the desire to yell. If you love dancing as much as you say this negative feedback (Actually stopping) will teach yourself the self control you want to achieve.

    well it seems to me that you really love dancing but you have to knowmhow to control yourself not saying that you dont but you have to realize what your doing catch youself in the act as for the yelling it shows thatbyou love having fun but kind of keep it down low. and as for throwing up try to healthy be3fore dancing not anything greasy eat well than maybe you wont throw. and nothing wrong with you your just being yourself
