Jeffree Star and Sharolaid video: funny or racist?

There's a video of Jeffree Star and some other guy...or girl, whatever it is, and they're pretending to be black. I find it insanely hilarious, but sort of racist at the same time. What are your thoughts on the video?

    is funny but theyre trying to be black...which theyre not! :)

    and that could be racist to some people.
