It's mentioned all over the web, but I don't recall it ever being mentioned on show. What is it, how is it chosen and when do they announce it?

The cover girl of the week is one of the models that viewers pick that they think has done the best for that week and its announced every wednesday when top model is on. Heather was the girl of the week every week.

It's a contest where the fans vote online for their favorite model of the week. In cycle 9, it was always Heather.
