between cass and banks, cass does. but banks does have sum raw skills on the mic to though. His second album release though wasn't as good as the first tho he did have some hard tracks and he was once the mixtape king, but cass spits fire and definitely is at or near the top. papoose also has some mic skills, just needs to work on his flow to be recoginzed more. and Big L was the punchline king, his mixtapes and albums were hard everytime.

Lloyd Banks has some I remember off the main marvelous of my head "I stay around timber like Christmas presents" "i'm in a *****'s mouth each and every morning like toothpaste" "in basic terms cuz you place syrup on ****, does not make it pancakes"
